Dog Adoption
Adoption Done Properly, From First Call to First Birthday
Adopting from Pawmarsh is a guided match, not a transaction. We learn how you live — hours, garden, kids, other pets — then introduce the puppies whose temperament fits. Some families meet one pup; some meet three before the right one picks them.
- Vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped and wormed before going home.
- Home visit and honest two-way interview — we say no when it is not right.
- Starter pack: food, blanket, vaccination card and a settling plan.

Before You Apply
How old are puppies when they go home?
Never before eight weeks, usually between eight and ten. Those extra days with mum and littermates teach bite inhibition no human can replicate.
Do I need a garden?
For high-energy breeds, yes — secure outdoor space matters. For calmer breeds, committed walkers in flats make wonderful owners. We match honestly either way.
Can I visit before deciding?
Please do — at least once, ideally twice. A puppy is a fifteen-year decision and an hour on our sofa tells you more than a hundred photos.
